A full refund will be given
within 30 days of purchase for:
- Defective software
- Subscription not activated due to an error on MomentoLive's™ part
- Accidental duplicate purchase
- Billing error

If you have duplicate charges or feel you have been charged incorrectly, please

Any refunds will
be made back to the credit card that made the original payment
