MomentoLive™ REFUND POLICY

A full refund will be given within 30 days of purchase for:

  • Defective software
  • Subscription not activated due to an error on MomentoLive's™ part
  • Accidental duplicate purchase
  • Billing error

To report a technical problem with the item that you've downloaded, please contact momentosupport@imate.com

If you have duplicate charges or feel you have been charged incorrectly, please contact momentosupport@imate.com

Any refunds will be made back to the credit card that made the original payment
