Q. What is Momento™ Live?

Momento™ Live is an online service that allows friends and family to send pictures direct to your Momento™ frame.

Q. How do I send pictures from MomentoLive.com?

To send pictures to a Momento™ frame you must have a Momento™ Live account. To receive sent pictures the recipient must have a Momento™ frame and a Momento™ Live account, as well. To send a picture from Momento™ Live:

1. Go to MomentoLive.com from any computer.
2. Select Sign in from the home page and enter your user name and password.
3. To upload pictures from your computer, first select New Pictures, which is the first tab at the top of the page, then browse to the picture on your computer and and select it.
4. To send pictures from integrated online photo sharing services, select the name of the online service from the combo-box under New Pictures -> the Internet. Once you have searched for a user gallery or picture tag, select one or more pictures from the search result. They will then appear appear under the Send Pictures button on the right of the page.

Q. How do I send pictures from my camera phone?

To send pictures to a Momento™ frame you must have a Momento™ Live account. To receive sent pictures the recipient must have a Momento™ frame and a Momento™ Live account, as well. Please note, when you create
a Momento™ Live account you have the option of entering your mobile phone number. If this information was not entered, then you will not be able to send a picture from that mobile phone. To update your account information,
sign in to momentolive.com and click the Account tab.

To send a picture from your mobile phone, you can use the MMS-to-email feature of your phone*, or use the Momento™ Live MMS relay number** as follows:

1. Enter the relay number for your country in the recipient or to: field.
2. Enter the MomentoLive username in the message body, leave the subject blank (some phones will offer no subject, only a message body). (Ex. For "james@momentolive.com" enter "james").
3. To send a message with the picture, enter a space after the username and type the message.
4. Send the MMS.

* consult your camera phone manufacturer's help and your wireless carrier's literature for details on whether this feature is available on your camera phone model.
**MMS not available in all countries. Check Momento™ Live for availability.

Q. How do I E-mail a picture to a Momento™ frame?

First, you must have a Momento™ Live account. Second, you can only E-mail pictures to your Momento™ frame or to one of your Momento™ Live Friends. (When you invite a friend to join Momento™ Live you are authorizing that person to send you pictures.)

1. Enter the user's Momento Live username (Ex. james) and then "@momentolive.com" in the recipient field.
   (Ex. james@momentolive.com)
2. Attach the pictures.
3. Send the E-mail.
